Top 10 places to visit Germany (Hamburg)
The early bird catches the wormHamburg for early risers
Top 10 places to visit Germany (Hamburg) For the early birds among us, there’s plenty to discover in Hamburg early in the morning, without any major crowds. The best way to start the day is with a quiet morning at the hotel buffet, which is naturally not that crowded. Immediately afterward, you can take a trip to the waterfront, for example, to the Alster Lake , in the fresh morning air , and enjoy the tranquility there. This makes it easy to take atmospheric and expressive photos, as there are, of course, far fewer people around.
For extreme early risers, so-called larks, we recommend heading straight to the Stintfang at the harbor, where you can best watch the sunrise. Above all, visits to the planetarium or Miniatur Wunderland are also worthwhile . The best way to get there is by public transport , which is, of course, not as crowded early on weekend mornings. Top tip from locals: Join the commuters in the morning on the harbor ferry across the Elbe and enjoy the view from the water.
